Notice is hereby given that the 09th Annual General Meeting of the Malawi Police SACCO will be held at National Police Headquarters Senior Officers Mess, Saturday on the 27th April 2024 from 09:00 hrs for the following business;
1. To confirm the minutes of the 08th Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive and consider the Directors Reports.
3. To receive and consider the audited accounts for the year ended 31st December, 2023.
4. To pass the following resolutions:
a) Ratification of tenure of office for supervisory committee.
b) Amend a section in the by-laws by inserting a gender quota to a minimum of three directors for either sex
c) Dividend declaration for the year ended 31st December 2023.
5. Appointment of External Auditors.
6. Directors’ Retirement, Reappointment and Re-election.
7. To transact such other business as may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting of members and of which the board secretary will have been dully notified not less than 21 days before the date of the meeting.
NB. Attendance is strictly by invitation and all delegates will get formal invitation.
