Notice is hereby given that the 10th Annual General Meeting of the Malawi Police SACCO will be held at National Police Headquarters Senior Officers Mess, Saturday on the 26th of April 2025 from 09:00 hrs for the following business;
l . To confirm the minutes of the 09th Annual General Meeting held on the 27th of April, 2024.
- To receive and consider The Chairman’s Repoft.
- To receive and consider the audited accounts for the year ended 31st December, 2024.
- To pass/adopt the following resolutions:
- To consider remuneration for Board Members
- To consider a review of SACCO capital
- Appropriation of 2024 sun)lus
- Deliberate on SACCO capital growth and expansion
- Appointment of Extemal Auditors.
- Elections
- To transact such other business as may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting of members and of which the board secretary will have been dully notified not less than 14 days before the date of the meeting.
NB. Attendance is strictly by invitation and all delegates will get formal invitation.
