VACANCY- BOARD OF DIRECTORS (3)
As required by Malawi Police SACCO by laws, the Appointments and Remuneration Committee invites applications from suitably qualified Malawi Police SACCO members to fill Vacant positions that have arisen within the Board of Directors of Malawi Police SACCO.
Requirements
- Must possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education. Those with higher qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Must have good leadership and communication skills
- Must have a minimum share balance of MWK2,000,000.00 by 24th December 2025
- Must not be a defaulter in SACCO Obligations (Shares and Loan repayments)
- Must be of high integrity and with no criminal record
All Shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews, screening and vetting by the Appointments and Remunerations Committee and the Regulator (Reserve Bank of Malawi) before being presented to the Annual General Meeting for voting.

- Applications together with detailed curriculum vitae and copies of certificates must be submitted to the SACCO Head Office or through email address: hr@malawipolicesacco.com by Saturday 3rd January 2026 before 5:00 PM.
Please note that this is a voluntary position and Board members are compensated with a modest sitting allowance during each quarterly Board meeting.

VACANCY- SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER (1)
As required by Malawi Police SACCO by laws, the Appointments and Remuneration Committee invites applications from suitably qualified Malawi Police SACCO members to fill Vacant position that has arisen within the Supervisory Committee of Malawi Police SACCO.
Requirements
- Must have a first degree in Law (LLB)
- Must have good leadership and communication skills
- Must have a minimum share balance of MWK1,750,000.00 by 24th December 2025
- Must not be a defaulter in SACCO Obligations (Shares and Loan repayments)
- Must be of high integrity and with no criminal record
